Step 1: To start the process, Go to the Rate Search module and select 'AIR' as the mode of shipment. Enter the Origin and Destination.

Step 2: Choose the ‘Cutoff Date’ from the Calendar interface. Enter the 'Load details' and select the 'Locals and Custom charges' from the drop down.

Step 3: Select the 'Currency' from the drop down and  then, Hit 'Search Rates'.

Step 4: Now you can view the rate results for the selected origin and destination and to access additional information about the available rate cards, Click on 'View Details'.

Step 5: If the rate card meets your expectation, click 'Proceed Booking' to  continue with the booking procedure.

Step 7:  Scroll down to enter the details of the parties involved with the shipment such as customer and consignee.

Step 8: In the rate summary segment section, select the checkbox subject to remarks and inclusions and proceed by clicking the 'Request booking' button.

Step 10: To book the liner directly within our platform, Click 'Carrier booking'.

Step 11: Within the pop-up, you have the option to review the charges linked to the liner. Here, you can observe both the existing rate and the recently updated rates applicable to your shipment. If you desire a different rate that better suits your requirements, you can choose it from the available options. Once you have selected your preferred rate, proceed by clicking the ‘Book Now’ button to confirm the carrier booking.

Step 12: Your carrier has been booked successfully and the Carrier Booking ID is updated in the references section.

Step 13: Now,  you can view the current status of the bookings in the updates section.

Step 14 : Additionally, you have the capability to track your shipments. Click the 'Track and Trace' option to monitor the current tracking status of your shipments.
