Internal and External Comments




Our rate card now allows you to append both internal and external comments to each charge.

To  know how to add comments, Follow the steps below:


Step 1: Within the rate results page, Click 'View Details'.
   


Step 2: You can now view the newly added feature labeled 'Comments'.
   


Step 3: Click on the plus icon to add a new comment for that particular charge.
   


Step 4: Type your comments in the text box provided.

  1. Internal comments remain confidential and are exclusively accessible to your internal team, allowing you to freely communicate any message you wish to convey within your organization.
  2. External comments serve to communicate details about each charge directly to your customers, and these will be included in the quotations provided.
       

Step 5: Click on the 'Done' button to save the comment.



Step 6: To get a glimpse of how your comment will look once quoted, go ahead and click on the 'Create a Quote' button.
   


Step 7: Select 'Default Quotation' from the 'Provide Quote Details' dropdown.
   



Step 8: Enter the customer details. Then, Click on the 'Generate Quotation' button at the bottom of the form.
   


Step 9: The quote has been successfully created, Click on the 'Download PDF' button to download the generated quotation.
   


Step 10: You can now see the external comments that have been posted in the comments section within the quote.




Effortlessly add internal and external comments for every other charge.
